I’m putting my experience with SafeNet in writing so you can remember my story and perhaps it may help someone else.
To be succinct, counseling at SafeNet saved my life. After my abusive marriage ended I was emotionally hollowed out. I would have ended my own life just to stop the pain. Counseling at SafeNet gave me the tools and the hope to rebuild my life. I still hurt and am still not done healing but I am functional. I am productive. I’m a more complete human being. Domestic violence has many layers and hides in the shadows. Because of SafeNet, I live in the sunshine. Thank you,
