Project Connect

SafeNet Project Connect picks up furniture donations to pass on to families when they begin a new life free from abuse. Many women have fled from an abusive home with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Your used items can help these women.

Our Project Connect trucks travel county-wide to pickup good condition furniture. 

Our Connect workers move these donations for families who are setting up a new permanent home free from violence.

Our women can use all types of furniture, house wares, and furnishings since they may have nothing but their clothing. Sheets, towels, bookcases and framed art all will all help make a new place seem like a home. Project Connect clients particularly need chests of drawers, dressers, single beds and mattresses, and tables and chairs. Our families may move to small apartments so some large pieces of furniture may not be appropriate.
